We stand ready to serve you in supporting your testing, technical evaluation, and research needs. Please let us know if you are interested in partnering with the Dyno Lab. We will assist with the development of projects to fit your needs including scoping and costing, taking you all the way through scheduling and test execution and reporting.
Location
The dynamometer laboratory is located at the ISU BioCentury Research Farm, south of US HWY 30 on U Avenue with easy access to US 30 and I-35. Program your navigation system for 1327 U Avenue, Boone, Iowa.

From the Iowa State University campus:
Take Lincoln Way to University Boulevard and turn right (south) on University Boulevard. Go 1.5 miles and turn right (west) onto the ramp for US-30 W toward Boone. Go 7.4 miles and turn left (south) on U Avenue. Go 0.3 miles and the Dyno Lab at the BioCentury Research Farm is on the right (west). Total distance 9.2 miles.
From I-35:
From I-35 take Exit #111B/Ames/Iowa State University onto the U.S. Highway 30 and go west 11.2 miles. Turn left (south) on U Avenue. Go 0.3 miles and the Dyno Lab at the BioCentury Research Farm is on the right (west). Total distance 11.5 miles.
From the Des Moines Airport:
Start on Cowles Drive and go 0.3 miles to Fleur Drive. Turn left (north) on Fleur Drive, which becomes Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, and go 4.5 miles to I-235. Turn right (east) to take the ramp onto I-235 E, which becomes I-235 N and then becomes I-35 N, and go 31.6 miles to U.S. Highway 30. Take Exit #111B/Ames/Iowa State University onto the U.S. Highway 30 and go west 11.2 miles. Turn left (south) on U Avenue. Go 0.3 miles and the Dyno Lab at the BioCentury Research Farm is on the right (west). Total distance 47.9 miles.
From Boone:
Go east 5.6 miles on U.S. Highway 30 to U Avenue. Turn right (south) on U Avenue. Go 0.3 miles and the Dyno Lab at the BioCentury Research Farm is on the right (west). Total distance 5.9 miles.
